Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

• Orders for Alkaione Alkaline Water Ionizers and accessories are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: ₹1,000 for all Alkaione Water Ionizers and accessories across India. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: ₹2,000 for faster delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Free Shipping: Occasionally available during special promotions and offers (subject to terms and conditions).

Note: Delays might occur during festive seasons, natural calamities, or due to courier constraints.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

• After your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
• Track your order via the link provided or through your Alkaione account dashboard.

4. Installation Support:

• For Alkaione Water Ionizers, we provide free installation support in major cities.

Exchange & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility for Water Ionizers:

• Alkaione Water Ionizers are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described.
• The ionizer must be unused, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

2. Exchange Policy for Accessories:

• Filters, cleaning kits, and other accessories can be exchanged within 7 days if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Used filters or opened cleaning solutions are not eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• Used water ionizers and installed filters cannot be returned unless proven defective.
• Consumables like replacement filters are non-returnable if packaging is opened.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

5. Return Shipping Costs:

6. Refunds:

• After the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (₹1,000 or ₹2,000) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Alkaione Water Ionizer or accessory arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact us immediately. Provide photos or videos of the issue for a faster resolution. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

Warranty Information

• All Alkaione Water Ionizers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Filters and other consumables are covered only for manufacturing defects upon delivery.
